Blueberry & Apple Smoothie Pop Recipe

This plant based smoothie pop recipe is nourishing as well as delicious! Each serving has a whopping 4g of gut healthy fibre plus 24 essential vitamins & minerals.

Ingredients

400ml Coconut milk can (and cream from can)
2 x Foga Blueberry & Apple plantshakes
1 1/2 tbsp Peanut butter 
A large handful roughly chopped blueberries & raspberries

Method

  • Blend all the ingredients apart from the chopped fruit until smooth.  

  • Pour into your ice pop moulds, adding a spoonful of the chopped berries when they are half way full before topping up to fill them fully.

  • Add a stick & freeze for 6 hours.
