Basically, this is a big bowl of sunshine and sunshine makes everyone happy so what’s not to love? There’s a whole bunch of B vitamins and vitamin C in here so this’ll help you to feel energised and give you that immunity boost.
Top Tip: You can swap the coconut milk for whatever milk you’ve got in the house!
The ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Banana & Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Frozen mango
- 6 tbsp Coconut milk
The method:
- Throw all ingredients into a blender
- Pop in a cute bowl and add coconut flakes and some fresh mango (this parts optional but we highly recommend)
