All I’m saying is that if goldilocks had this for her first bowl of porridge she wouldn’t have been complaining it was too cold… BTW Turmeric has been found in studies to reduce stress so this is a good one for those mental mornings! 

Top tip: Mix the powder with the milk first to ensure ultimate creaminess!

The ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp Banana & Turmeric powder
  • 30-40g Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon 
  • ¾ cup Coconut milk

The method: 

  1. Mix together all the ingredients 
  2. Put in the fridge and leave overnight or for at least 4 hours
  3. Top with banana and coconut yoghurt
