Top Tip: If you are struggling blending the banana push the mix down and add a little more milk – continue pushing sides down until totally smooth!

The Ingredients: 

  • 1 frozen banana 
  • 1 tsp FOCUS. 
  • 300 ml oat milk
  • Handful of cashews

The Method: 

  1. Chuck all into a blender 
  2. Blend until smooth
