Top Tip: Use your hands to roll into balls!
- ½ cup almonds
- ½ cup cashews
- ¾ cup pitted medjool dates
- 2 tsp GREENS.
- Peanut butter
- Add almonds, cashews, dates and GREENS. to a blender
- Blend until there is no longer any large chunks of nut or date left
- Add peanut butter and the juice of a lime to help the mixture come together
- Roll into bitesize balls and store in the fridge!
