Top Tip: Don’t worry about getting it smooth – it’s a delicious chunky dip

The Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup frozen peas 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove 
  • A lemon 
  • A large handful of mint leaves
  • ½ tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tsp GREENS
  • 2 sundried tomatoes 

The Method: 

  1. Add peas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, mint, sea salt, GREENS. and sundried tomatoes to a blender
  2. Blend until everything comes together 
  3. Add to sourdough
