- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- A lemon
- A large handful of mint leaves
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp GREENS.
- 2 sundried tomatoes
- Add peas, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, mint, sea salt, GREENS. and sundried tomatoes to a blender
- Blend until everything comes together
- Add to sourdough
