A little nutritious twist on the nation’s fav sandwich filling. As quick and easy to whip up as a PB&J sandwich with some added health benefits.

Top tip: If you put peanut butter around the rim of the glass your smoothie will look 10/10.

The ingredients: 

  • 3 tbsp Berries & Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Gluten free oats
  • ½ Frozen Banana,
  • 300ml Almond milk 
  • 1 Large handful ice

The Method: 

  1. Chuck it all in the blender together and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pop in a super cute glass and decorate as you wish.
