With about 175g of whole fruit & veg going into here (one portion is 80g) this is a delicious fibre feast. It’s a great way to get closer to the recommended 25-30g of fibre a day to support your gut. The flaxseed makes it a bit more filling, adds a dose of vegan omega-3s, and a bit of crunch.

Key Ingredients

Strawberries help burn stored fat, thanks to the anthocyanins that give them their red colour. They also ease inflammation, promote bone health and lower the risk of heart disease. They are also loaded with Immunity supporting Vitamin C.

Highly seasonal, raspberries are rich in Vitamin C and polyphenols which have been linked with reducing the risk of Cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

Bananas are high in vitamins B5, B6 and C, which are essential in the extraction of energy from food, the generation of new blood cells for enhancing oxygen delivery, and for improved immune strength. Our organic bananas are sourced from Sri Lanka.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, they say. Well if it’s true, it’s down to the high levels of Vitamin C and Fibre, which help make it an immunity supporting mega fruit.

Flaxseeds are high in Omega-3s, Lingans and Fibre which all add up to make them a Cholesterol fighting super-seed.
