BLUEBERRIES are the king of the antioxidants, rich in flavonoids including Anthocyanins which help combat oxidative stress leading to improved cognitive function, improved energy levels, and reduced risk of inflammation. A good source of fibre as well as having a balance of micronutrients vitamins A, B and C and magnesium.
