This shake is full of vitamin C and antioxidants which support healthy skin and a stronger immune system. Ginger is an amazing anti-inflammatory – helping to fight indigestion and bloating.

Key Ingredients

The active compound Gingerol is the reason ginger has been recognised to have powerful medicinal properties, from easing nausea, reducing inflammation, aiding digestion and fighting common respiratory infections.

Now, we cannot guarantee that spinach will help you defeat your enemies like in Popeye, but it is still full to the brim with healthy goodness. spinach is packed with vitamins and minerals such as iron, essential to create haemoglobin, the molecule which delivers oxygen to the tissues in the blood.

Moringa dishes up to three times more iron than spinach (equivalent of 32.2% of your RDI in just 10g!), boosting immunity and reducing tiredness and fatigue. The high vitamin A levels help you absorb as much of this iron as possible! The vitamin A works alongside moringa’s vitamin E and C, to help maintain skin health and battle the effects of ageing.

An inflammation-fighting machine, pineapple contains high concentration of manganese, vitamin C, and its combination of enzymes and fiber help maintain a flat belly.

Bananas are high in vitamins B5, B6 and C, which are essential in the extraction of energy from food, the generation of new blood cells for enhancing oxygen delivery, and for improved immune strength. Our organic bananas are sourced from Sri Lanka.

Technical Information

This pack contains 16 x 27.5g servings. To prepare, add 27.5g (about 6 teaspoons) to at least 250ml of plant milk or water in a shaker. Swirl gently to incorporate then shake vigorously like a cocktail.

Freeze dried fruit powders are very sensitive to water vapour in the air – keep the bag well sealed once open to protect the powder. Break up any lumps that form in the bag before shaking up.
