Organic Moringa (Sri Lanka)
Nicknamed the ‘miracle tree’ , it is one of the most nutrient dense plants on the planet. It contains 42 antioxidants which neutralise free radicals and help keep us looking and feeling younger. With 7x more vitamin C than an orange and 8x more magnesium than Kale it more than punches above its weight. Moringa is a great source of beta-carotene which our body uses to make Vitamin A – the essential skin vitamin, which is also essential for a healthy immune system. It’s also said to have adaptogenic properties which means it can help protect against the effects of stress.
Organic Freeze – Dried Spinach (Poland)
We all know that spinach is a great source of iron, but did you know it’s also a good source of Vitamin C which helps the iron absorption?
