To prepare the shakes, add the contents of one single serve to least 250ml of the recommended base liquid n a shaker. Swirl gently to incorporate then shake vigorously like a cocktail.

Orders placed before noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched same day, orders placed at the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
