WHY OUR NUTRITIONIST LIKES IT
Turmeric contains curcumin – a potent anti-inflammatory that has been shown to have anti-cancerous effects. It’s also believed to be calming for when you need a bit of zen. There’s a great dose of pre-biotic fibre (from pineapple and banana) and anti-inflammatory ginger, making this another great one for gut health.
