Take a break from your typical boring oats recipe and try our vibrant purple oats this morning! Or evening – just make sure you try them!

Top Tip: Remember to stir while this is on the heat – no one likes burnt oats!

The ingredients: 

  • ⅔ cup of almond milk
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp blueberries 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp BEAUTY. 

The method: 

  1. Add the almond milk, oats, blueberries and maple syrup to a saucepan and place on a medium heat. Keep stirring until the oats begin to cook and thicken
  2. Once thick take off heat and add BEAUTY. 
  3. Top with fruit and a little peanut butter
