Take a break from your typical boring oats recipe and try our vibrant purple oats this morning! Or evening – just make sure you try them!
Top Tip: Remember to stir while this is on the heat – no one likes burnt oats!
- ⅔ cup of almond milk
- ½ cup oats
- 1 tbsp blueberries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp BEAUTY.
- Add the almond milk, oats, blueberries and maple syrup to a saucepan and place on a medium heat. Keep stirring until the oats begin to cook and thicken
- Once thick take off heat and add BEAUTY.
- Top with fruit and a little peanut butter
